For the 2nd quater of the 2026-2027 Rotary year, our Caribbean districts are proud to announce and offer a unique fundraising opportunity to all of our Caribbean Rotary and Rotaract clubs and members.
Using the Raise for Rotary (R4R) platform, clubs and/or members can join the ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge and create their own unique fundraising campaign and donation page centered on #EndPolioNow awareness-building and fundraising – Rotary’s #1 humanitarian priority.
All funds collected through the R4R platform go directly to The Rotary Foundation, so there is no need for clubs or individuals to receive, send or transfer money at any time. Also, all member contributions will be credited to the respective members where they will also receive foundation recognition points. For non-member donors, the respective Rotary/Rotaract club can receive the credit as well as foundation recognition points.
Why Participate?
- The RI Club Excellence Award (formerly the RI Citation Award Goal) asks each Club to raise funds annually for Polio with a minimum cumulative contribution of US $1500 to the PolioPlus Fund for the Rotary year. So…this challenge is a great way for a club to meet and/or exceed that contribution goal to the PolioPlus Fund. It’s also an easy means to garner support of the PolioPlus Fund among non-members such as family, friends and colleagues.
- Members can use this challenge to satisfy their own annual contribution requirements to the PolioPlus Fund in order to join or maintain their existing membership in their respective District’s PolioPlus Society.
- Earn some bragging rights for your club or yourself as a lauded supporter of the PolioPlus Fund and a keen advocate for #EndPolioNow
TO KEEP THINGS EXCITING AND FUN…there is also adding a competitive element to this challenge:
- Participating clubs which raise $1500 or more as part of the challenge will be specially recognized as an #EndPolioNow CHAMPION Club
- The top 3 participating Clubs which raise the most contributions as part of the challenge will each receive a special certificate and recognition
- The top 3 participating members who raise the most contributions as part of the challenge will each receive a special certificate and award
How to Participate?
The ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge is open from 1st October 2026 through 31st December 2026 and is available to all Caribbean Rotary and Rotaract clubs and members.
To take part in this initiative as a club or member, please review and follow the guidelines below:
01a. Login or Create An Account on Raise For Rotary
- Visit https://raise.rotary.org
- Select LOGIN
- Sign-in to your account or select SIGN UP to create an account
- Once you are logged in, proceed to the next step
01b. Individual versus Club Fundraising Pages
- Anyone can join the ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge Team either as an individual or on behalf of their Rotary/Rotaract club
- You must first have a working/active account on Raise For Rotary
- If you already have a Raise For Rotary account under your name and using your personal email address, then feel free to proceed with setting things up as outlined below
- If you want to set up a fundraising page for your club, you should create a new account on Raise For Rotary under the name of your club and using your club's email address
- Whether you set up a fundraising page as an individual or for your club, by identifying your club as part of setting things up as outlined below, your club will always receive foundation recognition points from contributions made by non-members
02. Join the ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge Team on Raise For Rotary
- Select the JOIN button or click HERE
- Provide your club information (if necessary)
- Provide your fundraiser's title, as well as, your preferred currency and goal amount (keep in mind that you can revise this information later if needed)
- Once all the information is entered, select the START YOUR FUNDRAISER button
03. Customize or Change Your Fundraising Page
- You can access the fundraising page you created at any time once you are logged into your Raise For Rotary account
- You can EDIT the various elements of your fundraising page
- Fundraising page title - feel free to title your page to something personal or to a club event/initiative
- Cover image - feel free to use an image from the Rotary Brand Center or one you or your club created...the ideal size for your fundraising page's cover image is 1200x630
- Goal amount - you are asked to set a minimum amount which you think you are able to realistically achieve and increase/decrease it as you see fit
- Start and End dates - you are asked to keep your fundraising page active until 31st December 2026
- Add other admins - you can invite other persons to help administrate your fundraising page
04. Publicize and Share Your Fundraising Page
- Use the available sharing options to let persons know about your fundraising page - Email. WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.
- Feel free to create a QR Code using the fundraising page's URL to share with others
- Make sure to include and get the word out to non-members in your network - e.g. family, friends, colleagues, etc.
05. Register Your Fundraising Activity on EndPolio.org
- Visit https://www.endpolio.org/take-action/register-your-action to register your individual or club fundraising activity and show the rest of Rotary what you are doing

Grâce à la plateforme « Raise for Rotary » (R4R), les clubs et/ou leurs membres peuvent participer au « ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge » et créer leur propre campagne de collecte de fonds ainsi qu’une page de dons dédiée à la sensibilisation et à la collecte de fonds autour du hashtag #EndPolioNow – la priorité humanitaire n° 1 du Rotary.
Tous les fonds collectés via la plateforme R4R sont directement versés à la Fondation Rotary ; les clubs ou les particuliers n’ont donc à aucun moment à recevoir, envoyer ou transférer de l’argent. De plus, toutes les contributions des membres seront créditées à leur compte, et ceux-ci recevront également des points de reconnaissance de la Fondation. Pour les donateurs non-membres, c’est le club Rotary ou Rotaract concerné qui peut recevoir le crédit ainsi que les points de reconnaissance de la Fondation.
Pourquoi participer ?
- Le Prix d’excellence des clubs du Rotary (anciennement « Objectif de la distinction du Rotary ») invite chaque club à collecter chaque année des fonds pour la lutte contre la poliomyélite, avec une contribution cumulée minimale de 1 500 dollars américains au Fonds PolioPlus au cours de l’année rotarienne. Ce défi constitue donc un excellent moyen pour un club d’atteindre, voire de dépasser, cet objectif de contribution au Fonds PolioPlus. C’est également un moyen simple de mobiliser le soutien de personnes extérieures au club, telles que la famille, les amis et les collègues, en faveur du Fonds PolioPlus.
- Les membres peuvent se servir de ce défi pour remplir leurs obligations annuelles de contribution au Fonds PolioPlus, afin d’adhérer à la Société PolioPlus de leur district respectif ou de conserver leur adhésion actuelle.
- Faites honneur à votre club ou à vous-même en tant que fervent partisan du Fonds PolioPlus et ardent défenseur de la campagne #EndPolioNow
POUR QUE CELA RESTE PASSIONNANT ET AMUSANT… nous avons également ajouté un aspect compétitif à ce défi :
- Les clubs participants qui collecteront au moins 1 500 dollars dans le cadre de ce défi se verront décerner le titre de « Club CHAMPION #EndPolioNow »
- Les trois clubs participants ayant récolté le plus de dons dans le cadre de ce défi recevront chacun un certificat spécial et une distinction.

Comment participer ?
Le « ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge » se déroule du 1er octobre 2026 au 31 décembre 2026 et s'adresse à tous les clubs Rotary et Rotaract des Caraïbes ainsi qu'à leurs membres.
Pour participer à cette initiative en tant que club ou membre, veuillez prendre connaissance des consignes ci-dessous et les respecter :
01a. Connectez-vous ou créez un compte sur Raise For Rotary
- Rendez-vous sur https://raise.rotary.org
- Sélectionnez « LOGIN »
- Connectez-vous à votre compte ou cliquez sur « SIGN UP » pour créer un compte
- Une fois connecté, passez à l'étape suivante
01b. Pages de collecte de fonds individuelles ou de club
- Tout le monde peut rejoindre l'équipe du « ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge », soit à titre individuel, soit au nom de son club Rotary ou Rotaract
- Vous devez d'abord disposer d'un compte valide et actif sur Raise For Rotary
- Si vous disposez déjà d'un compte « Raise For Rotary » à votre nom et associé à votre adresse e-mail personnelle, n'hésitez pas à poursuivre la configuration en suivant les étapes décrites ci-dessous.
- Si vous souhaitez créer une page de collecte de fonds pour votre club, vous devez créer un nouveau compte sur Raise For Rotary au nom de votre club et en utilisant l'adresse e-mail de celui-ci.
- Que vous créiez une page de collecte de fonds à titre individuel ou pour votre club, en indiquant votre club lors de la configuration comme expliqué ci-dessous, celui-ci recevra systématiquement des points de reconnaissance de la fondation pour les contributions versées par des non-membres.
02. Rejoignez l'équipe « ONE Caribbean PolioPlus Fundraising Challenge » sur Raise For Rotary
- Cliquez sur le bouton « JOIN » ou cliquez ICI
- Indiquez les informations relatives à votre club (si nécessaire)
- Indiquez le titre de votre collecte de fonds, ainsi que la devise de votre choix et le montant visé (n'oubliez pas que vous pourrez modifier ces informations ultérieurement si nécessaire)
- Une fois toutes les informations saisies, cliquez sur le bouton « START YOUR FUNDRAISER »
03. Personnaliser ou modifier votre page de collecte de fonds
- Vous pouvez accéder à tout moment à la page de collecte de fonds que vous avez créée dès lors que vous êtes connecté à votre compte Raise For Rotary.
- Vous pouvez MODIFIER les différents éléments de votre page de collecte de fonds
- Titre de la page de collecte de fonds – n'hésitez pas à donner à votre page un titre personnel ou en rapport avec un événement ou une initiative de votre club
- Image de couverture : n'hésitez pas à utiliser une image provenant du Rotary Brand Center ou une image créée par vous-même ou par votre club... La taille idéale pour l'image de couverture de votre page de collecte de fonds est de 1 200 x 630.
- Montant cible : il vous est demandé de fixer un montant minimum que vous estimez pouvoir atteindre de manière réaliste, puis de l'augmenter ou de le réduire selon votre jugement.
- Dates de début et de fin : vous êtes invité(e) à laisser votre page de collecte de fonds active jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026
- Ajouter d'autres administrateurs : vous pouvez inviter d'autres personnes à vous aider à gérer votre page de collecte de fonds
04. Faites connaître et partagez votre page de collecte de fonds
- Utilisez les options de partage disponibles pour faire connaître votre page de collecte de fonds : e-mail, WhatsApp, réseaux sociaux, etc.
- N'hésitez pas à créer un code QR à partir de l'URL de la page de collecte de fonds pour le partager avec d'autres personnes.
- Pensez à inclure les personnes de votre entourage qui ne sont pas encore membres et à leur faire passer le message : par exemple, votre famille, vos amis, vos collègues, etc.
05. Enregistrez votre opération de collecte de fonds sur EndPolio.org
- Rendez-vous sur https://www.endpolio.org/take-action/register-your-action pour enregistrer votre action de collecte de fonds, qu'elle soit individuelle ou organisée par un club, et faire découvrir au reste du Rotary ce que vous faites.
